GOAL: Ensure all child care providers are participating in GSOD 2.0

1.Support DCF in their mandate to ensure licensed child care centersand FCCH’s with SR/VPK contracts  provide a healthy and safe environment 1a Create application/eligibility process to be approved by the Board 1a 3rd Qtr 2015, Effective date July 1, 2015 1a 95% of provider applications submitted will be approved by ELC CParker@elcduval.org

  1c Continue to receive USDA food disqualification reports for those individuals who are barred from participating in the food program 1c Ongoing 1c 100% USDA disqualified providers will have SR and VPK contracts terminated and children will be relocated to another program within 30 days.   2e Develop TA (technical assistance) plan anchored to monitoring of centers and homes to prepare programs for participation in GSOD 2e 2nd Qtr 2014 2e 85% of providers deemed out of compliance are in full compliance of the center’s action plan when a follow-up monitoring is conducted using the coalition’s monitoring form  
  2f Revise GSOD wage incentives based on provider and board input and track teacher retention
