Training Description 
Beyond “Use Your Words”: Practical Solutions When Challenging Behavior Keeps Happening
This interactive training moves beyond basic behavior management strategies to explore what educators can do when familiar approaches are not enough. Participants will learn how to identify patterns in challenging behavior, match prevention and teaching strategies to children’s needs, support children with limited verbal communication, and address persistent challenges such as biting, grabbing, difficult transitions, and disengagement. Participants will leave with concrete tools they can immediately apply to classroom routines.

Más allá de “Usa tus palabras”: Soluciones prácticas cuando las conductas desafiantes continúan
Esta capacitación interactiva brinda a los educadores estrategias prácticas para responder de manera efectiva cuando las estrategias habituales no están funcionando. Los participantes aprenderán a identificar patrones en las conductas desafiantes, seleccionar estrategias que ayuden a prevenir dificultades y enseñar habilidades nuevas y funcionales.
También explorarán cómo apoyar a niños con habilidades limitadas de comunicación verbal y cómo responder de manera eficaz ante situaciones frecuentes en el aula, como morder, quitar juguetes u otros objetos, enfrentar transiciones difíciles y participar poco en las actividades.
Al finalizar la capacitación, los participantes contarán con herramientas y estrategias prácticas que podrán aplicar de inmediato para prevenir y responder a las conductas desafiantes, apoyar la comunicación y favorecer una mayor participación de los niños en las rutinas diarias del aula.
